Add PR & Defect to Main Menu

We’re considering making Pull Requests (PRs) and Defects first-class citizens in TestQuality by adding them to the main menu. This could make them easier to access and manage directly within the platform.

Some possible improvements:

• Dedicated PR & Defect sections for better visibility.
• Easier linking between test runs, PRs, and defects.
• Better tracking and insights for defects and PR-related testing.
• More streamlined workflows for issue resolution.
