Enhancing Authentication with App-Based Actions

We are exploring improvements to authentication by allowing actions to be performed as the app itself rather than as individual users.

Planned Enhancements:

• Issue comments will now be posted by the app (bot) instead of appearing as if they were made by a user.
• More useful and detailed comments, including:
  • History of run results to provide better context.
  • Current test status for better tracking.
  • Updates when changes occur to keep information relevant.

This change will improve transparency, reduce confusion, and provide clearer test execution details directly in issue comments.
