Improve Add/Remove Case Buttons in Cycles

Currently, in the Cycles section, the Add/Remove buttons are hidden under More. Previously, when a case was selected:

Added case → Remove button was visible

Not added case → Add button was visible

This made it easy to manage cases within cycles. Now, with the buttons hidden, teams with many cycles (e.g., ~60 cycles, each with different sets of cases) find it harder to review and maintain their cycles.

Expectation:

Selecting an added case should show Remove

Selecting a not-added case should show Add

Additional request:
Support for adding one-to-many remains a desired feature.
