Limit User Visibility to Their Specific Project

We’re working on improving user visibility rules to ensure better security and project isolation.
Planned changes:
- Users will only see other users within their project.
- Users outside a project will be excluded from visibility.
- If a user is removed from a project, their name will appear as “Unknown.”
